In the summer of 2019, I became the first woman to stand up paddleboard coast to coast from Liverpool to Goole. I completed this adventure in 11 days, collecting plastic pollution and raising money for the 2MinuteBeachClean Foundation and the surf therapy charity, The Wave Project.

With the incredible generosity of friends + strangers, we exceeded all the fundraising targets. My personal footage of the adventure is featured on the BBC website and the story has been shared on TV, radio + in magazines.

My hope is that it will be an encouragement to be braver, find the magic of discovery on our doorstep and look after the places that we love.
